Returns & Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns

For most products, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return and refund. To qualify, the item must be unused, returned in its original packaging, and include every accessory, manual, and part that came with it. It must not show damage caused after it reached you. Returns that fall short of these conditions may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email info@mangalelectronics.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Within 2 business days we'll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and step-by-step instructions. Pack the item securely in its original box and ship it back as instructed. Please don't ship anything back before you have an RMA number — returns without one may be refused.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we'll send you a prepaid return label, so return shipping costs you nothing.

Change-of-mind returns: the customer pays return shipping.

4. Refunds

After your return arrives and passes inspection, the refund goes back to the payment method you originally used. Expect it to reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. We'll email a confirmation once the refund is issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our end.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. Depending on your preference and availability, a damaged item can be replaced, refunded, or credited toward a future order.

6. Restocking Fees

For returns that aren't due to a defect, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to large or heavy equipment, items returned missing original accessories, or opened software, consumables, and bundled items. The fee is deducted from your refund.

7. Exchanges

We don't process direct swaps. To exchange for a different model, return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our site.

8. Manufacturer Warranty

Many products include warranty coverage from the manufacturer under the manufacturer's own terms. Mangal Electronics doesn't perform manufacturer warranty service; warranty claims go directly to the manufacturer.

9. Return Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Unless defective, these items can't be returned: opened consumables such as ink cartridges and toner, software and digital downloads, and clearance or special-order products.
